So as i am sure allot of people my age or older come to that time in there life where they think okay its time for change.
I get that every 3 months lol hence the name "Gypsy".
But this is not a travellers post, Fitness or getting leaner or loosing that tube that's been bothering you. I have allot of friends that train every day and have the six packs and when ever we have photo's i always laugh at myself and say who is that other guy hanging on to me.
Now for my height and weight i am far from over weight but we could all as the say "Nip and Tuck" that one area....
My area is my stomach my gosh but i read an article which is so true they say it takes 7 days to break a Habit. So i thought well that's a week, that seems simple enough. Yeah right.
Its like the minute you want to eat healthy and i lost 5 kg and i was feeling awesome, the thoughts start coming in and i mean flooding. Like ah you have lost 5kgs and I'm sure a burger and chips wont affect you that much.
And what i was thinking today as i had this discussion with one of my best friends who happens to be a personal trainer is what happens when i got to Italy(Next trip).
We have all see "Eat Pray Love" that food looked amazing. so whats everyone view on this topic
I mean if you were in Italy where there is wine flowing and amazing food that the simple taste blows our mind what do you do ??
